Currently if a notification is muted and cannot fire, it is kept in the queue indefinitely. Whils this is good for reminding you to clock in / out after you finish a call some notifications don't make sense anymore

IE If you start your day in quiet mode, but start late - there will be a late start notification stuck in the queue all day
